Guitar House Workshop is primarily a traditional “Brick and Mortar” store. Our emphasis is on quality in-person experience for our customers. We keep records of our customers and their communications with us in order to better serve you.

We Do Not Sell or Share Customer Personal Information with Outside Parties Who May wish to Market Their Products to You. We share your personal information with our trusted third-party providers in the course of our own marketing, servicing, and accounting efforts on an “as needed” basis.

Guitar House Workshop takes the privacy of our customers and the security of their Personal Information very seriously. Registration for Lessons: We collect your name, phone, email and payment information. Complete payment information is not stored on site, but is instead stored by our third-party processor, Global Payments Integrated. Handling of your card data at Guitar House Workshop is in accordance with pci compliance. We do not store hard copies of your payment data at the shop.

Purchases, Orders and Payments: If you make a purchase, submit and order, or return items, we collect information in order to process your payment, order or refund including name, phone, email and billing information. Handling of your card data at Guitar House Workshop is in accordance with pci compliance. We do not store hard copies of your payment data at the shop.

Marketing/Events: If you sign up to receive email news & updates, we collect your name and email.

Your Communications /Requests: When you contact us, we may collect and maintain a record of the communication and your contact information.

User Content: If you post content or submit reviews and comments to or about us, we may keep a record of your content including the location, date and time of submission.

Social Media: If you choose to link, create, or log in, post or interact with us on our page with any social media service, we may collect personal information about you related to those interactions.

Store: When you visit our store, your presence may be recorded on our video cameras. You may be photographed while in our showroom. If you contact us by phone, your voice may be recorded so that we can return your call.

Lesson Studio: We occasionally record and photograph lesson and recital performances for sharing with the Guitar House Workshop community. If you prefer NOT to be included in these, please let us know at the time of filming.
