David Detwiler

Areas of Specialty: Guitar, Ukulele, Beginning Piano and Piano Theory

David is a music graduate from Capital University and has considerable teaching experience. With a performance background in Rock, Jazz, Pop and Christian music, he teaches performance and composition across genres. He is passionate about the learning experience and focuses on each individual student’s musical goals.

David is active in the Greater Columbus music scene. He has been playing and writing with groups like Eastwood and The Big Band as well as several church ensembles. We are proud to have David as part of the Guitar House Workshop community of instructors.
